PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS. Shipping costs associated with returning items are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return your items within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a refund, the return must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition, including all original parts, components, and packaging.

  • Products where hygiene is a factor (such as skincare products, beauty tools, and sealed cosmetics) must remain sealed or be unused to be eligible for return.

  • Damage caused by careless handling is excluded from our return policy.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged beyond our control.

How do I initiate a return?

If your order meets the conditions above, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us: Email our support team at contact@elaraskin.com.

  2. Provide Details: Please include your order number (e.g., #0000), the reason for the return, and a photo of the product (required if the item is damaged).

  3. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with the correct return address. Important: Do not send the return to the sender's address listed on the original package; we will provide the specific address for our central warehouse.

Return Shipping Costs

As stated, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return the product. Please be aware that ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA at the customer's expense. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot process a refund for a lost return.

Cancellation Policy

Due to our automated order processing system, orders are handled immediately.

  • 1-Hour Window: Cancellations are only possible if requested via contact@elaraskin.com within 1 hour of placing the order.

  • After 1 Hour: Once this window has passed, the order is already being processed and cannot be stopped. In this case, you must wait to receive the goods and then follow the return procedure.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photo evidence. If the fault lies with Elara Skin, we will send a replacement item to you free of charge.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

Customs Fees

Return shipments may be subject to customs inspection and fees. Any customs duties, taxes, or handling charges applied by authorities during the return process are the responsibility of the customer.
